CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you would provide at least a 48hrs’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our stylists time. Less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% service charge. No shows 70% of the scheduled service total.
